Cint, the Scandinavian provider of community software, is acquiring a majority stake in the Berlin-based panel provider GapFish. The purchase price for 91 percent of the shares is EUR 25.5 million. GapFish was previously owned by Düsseldorf-based Innofact AG and the investment company north-up GmbH.
The DoubleDigit Group acted as the exclusive M&A advisor for the founders and owners of GapFish GmbH during the transaction process.
